Fall Prevention Classes
Falls prevention classes have recently begun!
They are run by Liza Edwards and Julian Egan, physiotherapists who have recently joined the team at Caloundra Physio. The classes are aimed at the elderly and anyone else who is noticing that their balance or strength is not what it used to be.
The main goal of these classes is to slow the decline and hopefully even improve the balance and strength in the individual. Classes will be kept small and exercises tailored to all levels. These classes are fun and have been shown to be greatly effective in reducing the chance of falls!
